Of the tissue paper lady
Every for the past 2 weeks i’ve been at tiong bahru, i see this lady selling tissue packets.. She’ll be standing there, hands out-stretched.. Every single day.. She doesnt say a single word but her facial expression says everything.. Never smiles, always frowning.. The first few times i see her, i keep thinking to myself, how do you expect people to buy your tissue when ur always frowning at them??
A few days back, i bought some from her.. And she surprised me with a big awesome smile! I know its just a small gesture but it totally blew me away.. Its one of the most genuine smiles i’ve ever been greeted with! Really made my day.. :)
